- Q: How long after I have registered can I start faxing?
- A: Once we have set you up - You can receive faxes immediately. You can
send faxes once the application and debit order instruction has been
processed.

- Q: In what format is the faxed file?
- A: TIF format - A graphics format that is understood by all PCs and MACs.
No special software is required.

- Q: Can I send attachments with my email to fax?
- A: Yes. You can send a computer generated document, scanned documents and
images as an attachment.

- Q: What happens if two people send me a fax at the same time?
- A: You can receive 300 faxes simultaneously - so no problem!

- Q: How do I forward a received fax to one or more people?
- A: You would forward the fax attachment as with any other email.

- Q: Will my email address/addresses be given or sold to a third party.
- A: No, under no circumstances will any of our clients email addresses or details be made available to a third party.

- Q: Does my computer have to be turned on to receive faxes?
- A: No, as with standard emails, your incoming faxes are stored on your Internet Service
Provider's server until you have downloaded your email.
